Corp USA has filed business entities since 1998. Our New Jersey team prepares certificates of formation and incorporation, trade-name and alternate-name filings, NJ-REG packages and annual reports due on the last day of the anniversary month. We are a private company, operated by Corp USA (corpusa.net), and not part of the New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services.

Fee figures on this site come from the New Jersey Division of Revenue fee schedule, the reinstatement pages, and the statutes cited on each page (including N.J.S.A. 42:2C, Title 14A, Title 15A, 14A:17, 56:1-1 and 52:32-44). We re-check them when the state posts changes. The last check was November 2, 2026.
