Amend or Dissolve a New Jersey Entity
An LLC certificate of amendment is $100. A for-profit corporation amendment, including dissolution, withdrawal or merger, is $75. A nonprofit amendment or dissolution is $75. Domestic LLC cancellation is $100 and foreign LLC cancellation is $125. These changes are not given a form number on this site. Our preparation fee is confirmed at checkout. Reinstatement of a voided entity is priced separately at $299 plus state fees.
